Andhra Pradesh CM Plane Emergency Landing: A special aircraft carrying Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Jagan Mohan Reddy made an emergency landing on Monday (January 30). Shortly after take-off, the aircraft had to make an emergency landing at Gannavaram Airport due to a technical fault. The plane has landed safely. Chief Minister Jagan Mohan Reddy was going to Delhi today.

Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy and a team of officials left for Delhi tour at 5:03 pm. After some time, the pilot noticed a technical fault in the aircraft. The flight again landed at the airport in Vijayawada at 5:27 pm.

Maharashtra’s CM-Deputy CM’s plane also returned

After this, CM Jagan Mohan Reddy reached his residence in Tadepalli. After the plane lands safely, the officials are considering making alternative arrangements for the Chief Minister’s visit to Delhi. Earlier on Monday, a plane carrying Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde and Deputy Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis to Jalgaon returned to Mumbai after facing bad weather.

Flight returned due to bad weather

Eknath Shinde and Devendra Fadnavis were on their way to Jamner in Jalgaon district, which is located about 415 km from Mumbai, to participate in the ‘Banjara Kumbh 2023’ event. The Chief Minister’s Office (CMO) official said that the plane had taken off from Mumbai, but had to return due to bad weather. The official said that Shinde (Eknath Shinde) and Fadnavis (Devendra Fadnavis) later joined the program through video conferencing.
