In the initial trends, BJP is returning once again in the state. Chief Minister Manik Saha has won his seat from Town Bordovali seat. He has defeated Ashish Kumar Saha of Congress. CM Manik Saha has dedicated this victory to the people. Meanwhile, information is being received that BJP has once again reposed faith in Manik Saha.

According to the information, BJP is very happy with the huge victory under the leadership of Manik Saha and that is why the party does not want to make any change in the leadership of the state. It is clear that Manik Saha is going to return to the Chief Minister’s chair. On the question of taking oath again, the Tripura CM said, “The decision in this regard will be decided by the high command.” He said, “When the swearing-in will take place, it will be known.”

Manik Saha won in a very tight match

CM Manik Saha has won in a tight fight from Town Bardovali seat. He defeated Congress candidate Ashish Kumar Saha by a margin of 1,257 votes. Chief Minister Manik Saha got 19,586 votes. In this way he got 49.77 percent votes. Whereas, his nearest rival Ashish Kumar of Congress got 18,329 votes, which is 46.58 per cent of the total vote share.

Credit of victory given to PM Modi

Chief Minister Manik Saha credited the victory to the Prime Minister Narendra Modi Giving to said, “We had said earlier also that BJP will once again form the government with a majority and the results so far are showing that we are forming the government. I would like to thank PM Modi, Amit Shah, JP Nadda, Rajnath for this victory.” I thank Singh and all party workers.”

The condition of the Congress-Left alliance

In the elections, BJP is once again seen moving towards majority. According to the latest figures of the Election Commission, BJP has won 22 seats and is leading in 11. Pradyot Manikya Debbarma’s Tipra Motha Party has won 12 seats, while its candidate is leading in one seat. At the same time, the Congress along with the Left Front is seen winning 15 seats in the trends.

Big blow to TMC

Mamata Banerjee’s party TMC has suffered a major setback in the Tripura assembly elections. The Trinamool Congress (TMC) could not win a single seat out of 60 seats in the assembly. According to the Election Commission’s figures at 3.30 pm, TMC got only 0.89 per cent votes.
