Pakistan Economy Crisis: The economic condition of Pakistan has come to a very bad turn. The cash-strapped Pakistan government has reportedly instructed Pakistan’s revenue department to freeze all payments, including salaries and pensions, to federal ministries and related departments until further notice.
According to The News, this step has been taken at a time when the country is facing an economic crisis, due to which there are difficulties in the release related to operating costs.
Employees of these departments approved
According to reports, salaries and pensions of institutions related to the Defense Department have been approved for the next month, although the government has not included many bills in it and has left out many outstanding bills. Meanwhile, it has also come to light that the Finance Department of Pakistan has denied all these reports on Saturday. The Dawn newspaper said that the department has termed these reports as false.
Pakistan said pension and salary were not stopped
In a press release issued by the Finance Department on Saturday, it was said that such rumors are flying that the government has given instructions to stop the payment of salary, pension etc. This is completely wrong as no such instruction has been given by the Finance Department.
