ICC Women’s Cricketer of the Year 2022: England’s star all-rounder Nat Sciver has won the ‘Rachel Heyhoe Flint Trophy’. She has been chosen as the Women’s Cricketer of the Year 2022. The strong performance in all the three formats of cricket earned the nets this big award. He scored 1346 runs in 33 international matches last year and took 22 wickets.
Nat Shiver beat Indian opener Smriti Mandhana, New Zealand’s Emilia Carr and Australia’s Beth Mooney in the race to win the award. All these three players along with Net were nominated for this award last month.
Net’s performance was like this
Nat Shiver, 30, scored 242 runs in three innings in two Tests last year at an astonishing average of 121. During this, he scored a century and a half-century. He wreaked havoc in ODI cricket as well. Net scored 833 runs in 16 innings of 17 matches in the year 2022 at an average of 59.50. Nets played an important role in helping England reach the finals in last year’s ODI World Cup. In the final match too, Nett played an unbeaten inning of 148 runs off 121 balls, although England had to face defeat in this match against Australia.

In T20 cricket too, the net got colored with the bat. He scored 271 runs in 13 innings of 14 matches at an average of 27.10 and a strike rate of 109.71. Nat Shiver created a lot of panic for England as a batsman, along with this she also played the role of an additional bowler for her team. He also took 6 wickets in T20 cricket last year. During this, he also took 11 wickets in ODIs and 5 wickets in Tests.
