Blinken said that Russia is not really serious about ending the Ukraine war. In such a situation, he will not meet the Foreign Ministers of Russia and China in the G-20 meeting.

Significantly, after the G-20 meeting held in Indonesia last year, the Foreign Ministers of America and Russia did not meet face to face.
