People travel with valid ticket and valid bus pass
Actually, the purpose of giving promotion to 216 drivers and conductors under DTC is to increase the number of traffic inspectors deployed on various bus routes across the city to ensure that people travel with valid tickets and valid bus passes. During this, Transport Minister Kailash Gehlot said that I want him to work with new enthusiasm in this new role and help in running the bus operations in the city more smoothly.

In the last few months, we have seen that the average daily ridership of buses in Delhi has reached 40 lakhs.
