The phone has a triple rear camera setup of Leica branding, which has a 1-inch 50MP primary lens, 50MP ultra wide and telephoto lens. A 16MP front camera is available in the phone. Xiaomi 13 Pro has a 4,820mAh battery, which supports 120W wire fast charging.

The smartphone sports a 6.55-inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 2400 x 1080 pixels, 120Hz refresh rate, peak brightness 1000 nits, and Dolby vision support. The smartphone has Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 chipset, 8GB LPDDR4X RAM and 256GB of internal storage. Xiaomi 13 Lite has a triple rear camera system, which includes 50MP, 8MP ultra wide angle and 2MP macro lens. There is a 32MP + 8MP dual front camera for selfie and video calling. The handset has support for 4500mAh battery and 67W fast charging.
