Indian Army Recruitment: The Indian Army has changed its recruitment process to make the right mix of mind and strength. An army officer gave this information on Wednesday (February 22).

Colonel Suresh said that another major change has been made in the recruitment process that the candidates will have to pay a fee of Rs 500 for appearing in the written test. He said, “Out of this amount, the Indian Army will bear Rs 250 while the candidate will have to pay only Rs 250.” ,
Col Suresh said the registration process for recruitment as Agniveer has begun with the nationwide notification issued earlier this month. He said that online registration can be done only once in a year. As per the revised recruitment process, a computer based online Common Entrance Test (CEE) will be conducted before the recruitment rally.
How will the selection happen?
The army had recently advertised in various newspapers regarding the change in procedure. The recruitment will be done in three phases. In the first phase, all the candidates who have registered and applied online on the website will have to undergo CEE.
In phase two, the selected candidates will be called for recruitment rally at the venue to be decided by the respective Army Recruiting Offices (AROs), where they will undergo physical fitness test and physical measurement test, the statement said. Finally in phase three, the selected candidates will have to undergo medical examination, according to the statement.
