In this video, Khalistani supporters are seen beating Indian students. According to media reports, Khalistani supporters attacked Indian students when they were protesting against Khalistani activities by carrying the tricolor.
This whole incident is of Melbourne’s Federation Square. According to Aaj Tak’s report, five people have been killed in the attack. A young man has been admitted to the hospital. It can be clearly seen in the video that some Indian students are standing at a crossroads with the tricolor flag in their hands. That’s why Khalistan supporters attacked him. Khalistani supporters snatched the tricolor flag from the students and insulted it as well.
BJP leader condemned the incident
According to the report of Hindi news website Lallantop, Indians for the tricolor opposed the plebiscite of Khalistan supporters. Only after this the fighting started. The attackers also raised slogans of Khalistan Zindabad. BJP leader Manjinder Singh Sirsa opposed this incident. He wrote, “I condemn this anti-India activity of Khalistan supporters in Australia. Such anti-social people want to disturb the peace and harmony of the country. Strict action should be taken against them. And a case should be registered against the culprits.”
