BJP leader condemned the incident

According to the report of Hindi news website Lallantop, Indians for the tricolor opposed the plebiscite of Khalistan supporters. Only after this the fighting started. The attackers also raised slogans of Khalistan Zindabad. BJP leader Manjinder Singh Sirsa opposed this incident. He wrote, “I condemn this anti-India activity of Khalistan supporters in Australia. Such anti-social people want to disturb the peace and harmony of the country. Strict action should be taken against them. And a case should be registered against the culprits.”

The Indian High Commission had also strongly condemned these incidents.
