There are some employees who have worked in a big company for 15 to 20 years and yet they were suddenly fired. Tech Joint Google has so far fired thousands of employees from the company. In fact, Google fired an employee working as a ‘Video Production Manager’ for years in Google when he was on leave due to the service of his mother suffering from cancer. The employee came to know about being removed from the office when he was logging in to the company from his laptop but his account had been deleted. There are dozens of similar reports where employees suddenly found out that the company had bid them goodbye.

The employee expressed his grief through LinkedIn and wrote that after more than 12,000 employees were removed from the office, after reading the painful stories and inspiring lines of other employees, today I am sharing my own story with all of you. Paul Baker wrote that he was on leave to care for his cancer-stricken mother when he suddenly found out that the company had fired him. Baker told Business Insider that he was concerned about overstaffing at Google, but he had no idea that the company would take such a step for cost-cutting. He felt that he would be safe because he is a part of ‘Google Ads’ which is the main source of revenue generation of the company.
