Recently, a Twitter user shared the story of his childhood meeting with Shah Rukh Khan, which has left people in splits. Twitter user Rudrani said in a tweet, “As Pathan continues to perform brilliantly at the box office, it’s time to re-share when I met Shah Rukh as a child. Rudrani said on Twitter that she met Shah Rukh in 2001 during the shooting of the film ‘Ashoka’. “Me and Shah Rukh Khan met in 2001, when I was in 6th standard and volunteering for the school’s The Telegraph newspaper. There was Shah Rukh Khan, he saw us and smiled.. He said, ‘First of all, both of you tell me your name.’ Shah Rukh talked to us at length about his life, treated us like friends and apologized when his phone rang.”

Shahrukh talked to us for 45 minutes

Rudrani said, Shahrukh Khan was polite, soft-spoken and in a jovial mood during that interview. Rudrani further said, we were children and many journalists were waiting outside. Shahrukh talked to us for 45 minutes. His team was angry with us but we kept talking to him regardless.” People are praising Shahrukh Khan for Rudrani’s tweet on Twitter.

Pathan’s box office collection is also increasing rapidly. The film has so far done a business of 429 crores in the world, out of which 265 crores has been earned from India and 164 crores from abroad.
